TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective: 1 October 2025
Program Overview:
The SU Rewards Program ("the Program") is designed to reward retail sales personnel employed by authorised resellers ("Members") for selling selected Bowers & Wilkins, Marantz, and Denon products during the Promotional Period, which runs from 1 October to 31 December 2025.
The reward can be accumulated and redeemed for digital Visa cards.
These Terms and Conditions form the basis on which Members can earn and redeem their reward for digital Visa gift cards under the Program.
Every Member is bound by these Terms.
Definitions:
Members: Eligible retail sales personnel employed in authorised resellers who have enrolled and been accepted into the Program.
Reward Dollars: The rewards currency issued by the SU Rewards Program, which is redeemed into Visa gift cards of equal value.
Available Balance: The total sum of Reward Dollars that has accumulated in a Member's account and can be redeemed by the Member into a Visa gift card.
Banking Reward Dollars: The act of accumulating Reward Dollars by submitting an invoice for the sale of an Eligible Product (proof of sale).
Redeeming/Cashing Out Reward Dollars: The act of using accumulated Reward Dollars to exchange for a Visa gift card as part of the rewards offered by the Program.
Eligible Products: Products that are eligible for rewards.
Eligible Period: Sales of eligible products made between 1 October and 31 December 2025, as shown on the sales invoice that Members upload to the Rewards Platform.
Member Benefits: Any benefits that Members collect, earn, redeem, or otherwise acquire in connection with the Program.
Rewards Platform: The designated platform through which Members can initiate the redemption of their earned Reward Dollars.
Membership and Registration: The process by which Members enrol in the Program by providing their contact details and other required information on the Program's Platform.
SU Rewards Program: The rewards program offered by Sound United, designed to allow Members to earn rewards for selling selected Bowers & Wilkins, Marantz, and Denon products.
Sound United: Sound United Sales and Marketing Australia Pty Ltd.
Terms: These Terms and Conditions governing the SU Rewards Program, which may be modified by Sound United and can be reviewed by Members on the Program's portal.

Selling Eligible Products & Earning Reward Dollars
Reward Dollars can be earned by selling eligible Bowers & Wilkins, Marantz, and Denon products. Each eligible product will have a defined value of Reward Dollars allocated to it. Sound United reserves the right to change the Reward Dollar value without notice.
Only sales of Eligible Products made between 1 October and 31 December 2025 qualify for earning Reward Dollars.
From time to time, Sound United may, in its sole and absolute discretion, run other promotions to earn boosted Reward Dollars.

Accumulated Reward Dollars:
- Reward Dollars earned on sales of Eligible Products within the Eligible Period must be redeemed into Visa cards by 15 January 2026 and will be credited to your account in accordance with these Terms.
- To initiate a redemption/cashout, you are required to have a minimum balance of $100 worth of Reward Dollars available in your account.

Redemption Expiry:
Once you decide to redeem your Reward Dollars for Visa gift cards, please be aware that the Visa gift cards come with their own expiration period. The Visa gift cards you receive through the redemption process will remain valid for 12 months from the date of the redemption transaction, after which they will expire.

Membership and Registration
Eligible Members can enrol in the SU Rewards Program by visiting https://surewards.com.au Membership in the Rewards Program is free and available to retail sales personnel employed in authorised resellers.
- Rewards Program rules: Members are responsible for reading and understanding these Terms, account statements, and other communications from Sound United to understand their rights, responsibilities, and status in the SU Rewards Program. - Rewards Program Privacy: Members are responsible for reading the Privacy Statement of Sound United to understand how their data is collected, used, and disclosed. Questions can be directed to: marketing.au@soundunited.com
- Applications: Sound United may accept or reject applications at its sole discretion and without providing notice or reasons. We may also determine at any time that you are not or are no longer an Eligible Member and cancel your membership and Member Benefits (including Reward Dollars credited to your account).
- Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT): The member shall be solely responsible for the assessment, reporting, and payment of any Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) arising in connection with any benefits provided to them under this agreement. The Member agrees to comply with all relevant FBT laws and regulations and to indemnify Sound United against any FBT liabilities, penalties, or interest incurred as a result of the Member’s failure to meet these obligations.

Banking Reward Dollars
Members can bank Reward Dollars by logging into their Rewards Platform account and submitting an invoice (proof of sale).
Banking is free through the submission of a valid tax invoice from the sale of any participating product, along with any other required forms or information.
- Requirements of a valid invoice must include;
- Shop name
- Sale date
- Product came
- Product price
- Invoice must show a zero balance
- Sound United may, at its sole discretion and without notice or reasons, accept or reject invoices and credit Reward Dollars.
- All submitted invoices will be subject to a 4-week holding process (or a longer period if needed) for verification and audit purposes.

Redeeming Reward Dollars
Each Reward Dollar is redeemable for $1 credit on a digital Visa gift card. Upon valid redemption, the card will be issued electronically to the registered email or phone number and is valid for 12 months (as shown in the True Rewards App and accompanying email). Unused balances will be forfeited upon expiry. No prior notice will be given. Full terms: True Rewards Visa Gift Card Terms Sound United is not liable for lost or damaged digital Visa cards.
- Minimum Redemption Requirement: To initiate a redemption, you are required to have a minimum balance of $100 worth of Reward Dollars available in your account.
- Maximum Redemption Requirement: The maximum value of Reward Dollars per Visa Card redemption is $4,999.
- Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable: Reward Dollars are unique to each Member and are not transferable between accounts. Additionally, Reward Dollars hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Credit returns
- Sound United may also reverse and/or cancel Member benefits (including Reward Dollars and Visa gift cards) which have been allocated or issue to you if there are any other grounds which we consider, in our reasonable discretion, justify a reversal or cancellation, for instance, if the Member benefits were allocated to you by mistake (including by reason of our error) or if you earned them by misusing an offer, or through fraudulent means.
- Sound United reserve the right to monitor your purchase history to ensure that any Member benefits are accumulated and redeemed legitimately.

Program Changes
- Sound Unites reserves the right to, from time to time:
- add, remove or exclude certain stores or businesses
- add, remove, or exclude certain products
- change the value of Reward Dollar that may be earned on certain products;
- terminate the SU Rewards Program.
- Sound United reserve the right at any time without notice to:
- cancel or remove any person as a Member of the SU Rewards Program;
- decline to accept any person as a Member of the SU Rewards Program;
- withdraw, cancel or revoke any Member Benefits, including any Visa gift cards issued as part of the SU Rewards Program;
- reverse any Member Benefits, including any Reward Dollars credited to an account;
- terminate or suspend your membership of the SU Rewards Program; and/or
- report any dishonest, fraudulent or wrongful conduct to the Police and/or any other relevant body.
- abuse, misuse or attempt to abuse or misuse your membership, the SU Rewards Program, any offers for Member Benefits or anything else associated with SU Rewards Program;
- do anything that is contrary to these Terms;
- fraudulently accumulate Reward Dollars or other Member Benefits;
- If your membership is cancelled or terminated on any of the grounds set out above, then without limiting the foregoing:
- any Reward Dollars credited to your account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed or claimed by you;
- Sound United may cancel any Visa gift cards issued to you under the SU Rewards Program; and/or
- Sound United may take action to recover the value of Member Benefits as a debt due and payable to Sound United.
- You acknowledge and agree that there may be:
- delay in issuing you with, or non-issue to you of, any Member Benefits;
- acts, errors or omissions by us in the course of providing Member Benefits (including as referred to in these Terms);
- technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Sound United control), including with respect to registrations, banking and redemption of Reward Dollars
- loss, theft or damage to your Reward Dollars account and any Member Benefits;
- unauthorised access or third-party interference of the SU Rewards Platform;
- a suspension and/or termination of the SU Rewards Program, including the ability for Members to earn and bank Reward Dollars and redeem Reward Dollars into Visa gift cards;
- tax payable on any Member Benefits; or
- other circumstances beyond our control,
- If the SU Rewards Program is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Sound United, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, Sound United reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any Member; or (b) s modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the program, as appropriate.

Restrictions
- You can only have one membership and Reward Dollars account under the SU Rewards Program.
- You cannot transfer your membership or Reward Dollars account or any Member Benefits to someone else.
- Member Benefits are personal to you and may only be collected and used for your own personal use. You may not collect or use Member Benefits for any commercial purpose, including but not limiting to any scheme or arrangement to acquire and sell Member Benefits to any person.
- Member Benefits cannot be exchanged or refunded except as expressly set out in these Terms.

Data and Privacy
At Sound United, we hold your privacy and personal information in the highest regard. The collection, use, and protection of your data are paramount to us. By participating in our Rewards Program, you agree to the following terms concerning your personal information:

Collection and Use: In the course of our business activities and providing services, we may collect and process the Personal Data:
- Contact information: name, e-mail address, and telephone number;
- Shipment information: shipping address (where applicable)
- Account information: including log-in details for our user accounts, including your e-mail address and other information you provide through your account;
- Automatically generated information including date and time stamps, content and (sub)pages that you visited on our website, your operating system and browser type, your browser’s default language, your network location, your computer’s Flash version, JavaScript support, screen resolution and screen color processing ability, your IP address, and your unique device ID or user ID;

Security and Protection: We take the protection of your personal data seriously and take appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, misuse, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure, and unauthorised alterations. We protect portable devices with appropriate passwords, and all our employees are required to treat your personal data as confidential.
We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to access it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality. We will notify you and any applicable regulator of a suspected data security breach where we are legally required to do so.
Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
No matter the measures we take, unfortunately, no data transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us over the internet, e-mail or other electronic communication methods and therefore you do so at your own risk.

Sharing and Third Parties:
We share your personal data with:
- Companies within our group: Our subsidiaries, affiliates, and operating groups may have access to your personal data.
- Third-Party Service Providers/Data Processors: Third parties that process your personal data on our behalf. These third parties help us to deliver our products to you (e.g., payment service providers, warehouses and delivery companies), and help us run our business (e.g., marketing agencies or website hosts, marketing communication platforms, analytics and reporting systems).
- Law enforcement/government agencies: We may be required to share your personal information in response to a subpoena, court order, government investigation, or to comply with other legal processes or obligations.
- In the exercise of our legal rights: We may need to share your personal information to establish or exercise our legal rights, or in connection with a corporate transaction, such as a divestiture, merger, consolidation, or asset sale, or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy.
Third parties will only use your personal data for the purposes described above and in accordance with our instructions. We only work with processors that provide sufficient guarantees to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures, and to ensure the protection of your rights, we have agreements in place governing their use of your information and their relationship with Sound United.
We will never sell or rent your information to third parties. All communications to you will come from Sound United and its companies or brands. We will not share your information with third parties to allow them to market to you unless pursuant to a contract or you have agreed to allow us to do that.
- Opt-Out and Control: By providing your contact details during account registration, you agree to receive marketing communications from Sound United, including product updates, promotional offers, and company news, via email and/or other digital channels. You may withdraw your consent at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in our communications or by contacting us directly at marketing.au@soundunited.com We will handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Legal Compliance: You agree to use this website and our products or services in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards of the Commonwealth of Australia and the state or territory in which you reside.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who, in our sole discretion, violates applicable laws or these Terms, including but not limited to reporting such conduct to law enforcement authorities.

Changes to Privacy Policy:
We may change this Privacy Notice from time to time. Any changes we may make to this Notice in the future will be uploaded in the Platform. Therefore, we recommend checking it occasionally to see any updates or changes to this Privacy Notice. Where appropriate, we will notify you of any major changes by e-mail or in another suitable way.

Terms and Changes
These Terms are effective as of 1 October 2025 and may be amended by Sound United from time to time. The current Terms are those available at this website. Members will be provided with the opportunity to review these Terms at the time of opening an account.

Termination
We reserve the right, in our absolute discretion, to alter, cease to provide, suspend or replace this Program in whole, or part at any time without notice to you.
We reserve the right to terminate a Member’s participation in the SU Rewards Program at any time without written notice. Among other things, termination may occur if fraudulent activity is suspected or if duplicated accounts are found.
In the event of termination of a Member or cessation of the SU Rewards Program, any Member Benefits, including any Reward Dollars in your account, may be forfeited and cancelled. You acknowledge and agree that you have no rights or entitlements in respect of any unused Reward Dollars in your account at the time of termination.

Sound United holds no liability for circumstances beyond the scope of these terms, including but not limited to technical malfunctions, interruptions in program availability, or changes to the program for reasons beyond the company’s control. The Company do not assume liability for inaccuracies or omissions in program-related content.
